Our Behavior Coaching Certification equips early childhood leaders like you with the tools, tactics, strategies, and skills needed to:

Training Videos & Reflection: Short, actionable video lessons you can share with your teachers, paired with journaling prompts to foster self-awareness and transform reactive habits into responsive strategies.
Peer Learning Community (PLC): Access to a private virtual community where other early childhood leaders can share insights, ask questions, support each other, and celebrate wins together.
Actionable Tools and Strategies: Gain practical coaching techniques and tools to support your teachers, address challenging behaviors, and build joyful, thriving classrooms.
Coaching Certification: Complete the sessions and assignments to earn your Coaching Certification—and receive a decal for your school to showcase your commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Step 1: Live Coaching Sessions & Hands-On Training

Over three months, you'll join three live coaching sessions on March 27, April 22, and May 15 from 12:00-2:00 pm CT.

These interactive sessions deliver practical strategies, real-time problem-solving, and engaging discussions that provide a proven framework for coaching your teachers.
Step 2: Actionable Homework & Live Office Hours

Between sessions, you’ll complete hands-on homework assignments, applying what you’ve learned in your program.

You'll also have access to two live office hour sessions, where you can ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and receive personalized coaching.

Step 3: Certification & Continued Growth

By the end of the program, you’ll earn your Coach the Coaches Certification, a testament to your expertise in empowering your staff.

Then, continue your growth with our Ongoing Coaching Membership, featuring ongoing support, resources, and monthly live coaching.
