How It Works

1. Join the Live Coaching Sessions
We meet once per month for a 2-hour Live Learning Lab that blend practical training and real-time coaching. Each Live Learning Lab will be hosted on a Thursday from 2:00-4:00 PM CT. Our first meets on July 23 from 2:00-4:00 PM CT. After registering, you will receive the full schedule.

2. Complete the Training Videos + Reflection
Short, actionable video modules you can immediately share with your teachers.

3. Take Your Learning Back to Your Program
Implement what you've learned the same day to transform classroom behavior and rebuild trust with your team.

4. Earn Your PD Hours
Earn up to 48 leadership training hours when you join the Live Learning Labs, complete the video trainings, and pass the Certificate Quizzes.
