The Behavior Coaching Certification is a 12-week virtual program designed for the leaders who coach teachers.

Across three live training days and two office-hour sessions, you will learn the full coaching framework, practice real strategies with support, and get direct guidance on the challenges happening inside your program.

Day 2: March 24 (12:00–1:30 PM CST)

What Each Session Includes

Live Sessions:
Prerna teaches the core coaching framework, models behavior coaching conversations, and gives you practical tools you can implement the same day.

Office Hours:
A separate, open coaching block dedicated to troubleshooting your specific teacher challenges, getting individualized feedback, and strengthening your confidence as a coach.

Total Training Hours

• Live Sessions: 4.5 hours

• Office Hours: 3 hours

• Homework & Reflections: ~3 hours
  Total: up to 10.5 hours of administrative/leadership professional development

Pricing

• Early Bird: $649 per person (through January 16)

• Regular Registration: $825 per person
